The intranet will only contain data uploaded by the fellows themselves and access is restricted to the 16 MSCA fellows supported via the GEM-DIAMOND project. The intranet serves as a shared communication and work platform limited to the members of the community.

When subscribing to the newsletter, your data will be processed by Gem-Diamond, with your consent, to provide you with information about the project, stored in the European Union, not shared with third parties, and kept as long as your subscription stays active.

  • they must not divulge the data they access, except as required by their function.

The same requirements apply to all employees of external companies that may access such data as part of a subcontracting agreement.

Gem-Diamond takes all appropriate measures to protect your personal data from any unauthorised or illegal access and from any loss, destruction, or accidental damage, taking into consideration the risks involved in data processing and in the nature of the data.
In the event of a security incident resulting in a loss of personal data or a breach of confidentiality, Gem-Diamond shall notify the Data Protection Authority in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
